- Two-way complimentary transfers between hotel ↔ NUS during event dates only (23–25 June 2026), subject to a minimum of 15 rooms materialised.
Complimentary Transfer – Key Terms
- Advance booking: at least 72 hours before transfer time.
- Waiting time: more than 10 minutes grace period may incur additional charges equivalent to one-way trip (subject to GST).
- Changes/cancellations: must be communicated at least 24 hours before; otherwise a one-way trip cancellation fee (subject to GST) may apply.
- Driver details and vehicle number will be provided one day before the transfer date.
- Passengers must be ready at the specified pickup time; delays may incur charges.
- Special requirements (child seats, wheelchair access) must be stated when booking; subject to confirmation.
- Hotel/transport provider not responsible for delays due to traffic/weather/other unforeseen circumstances.
- Payment terms: unless otherwise agreed, any applicable transfer charges must be settled before the transfer date.
Important Policies
Attrition / Wash Policy
- All confirmed room bookings will be subject to full cancellation charge.
Cancellation / Shortening of Stay / No Show
- Cancellation charge for the full duration of stay will be levied.
- In the event of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to resell the rooms; full duration cancellation charge applies.
